To run fmtool:

	1. cd to this directory:	% cd ~picasso/lib/po/fmtool

The key binding for pan and zoom, as well as selection, on the graphic
screen is as follows:

	Select single object: Left Button
Extend selection by a single object:	Right Button
	Select within region: Middle Button
Extend selection within region: Shift/Middle Button
	Zoom by click-and-drag: Ctrl/Left button
	Pan by click-and-drag: Ctrl/Middle button

These are the known bugs/problems:

o The junction panel doesn't come up with the right size the
    first time on all displays.
o The checkboxes don't always work. Any action to reset the view,
such as panning using clock-and-drag by a very small amount, seems to
    clear up the problem.
o Selected items display themselves on the screen even though
the checkboxes say they shouldn't be. Redraw seems to clean up
    the display.
o The exit function doesn't seem to work. It gives an error that
comes from within the framework. Sigh.
o The color of the junctions and spaces are too much alike.
o Reseting the view, such as zoom and pan, is still too slow.
