The center zone is at ~794 C when it should be at 750 C. I checked
the TC with the calibration unit and the temp inside is 794 though
the tycom reads 750. The firing is high in the center zone and
low in the end zones. I suspect the DTC board is faulty.

problem: center zone firing continously
cause:as tom suspected, the DTC at fault
solution: replaced the DTC board, running SCAL. L & S zones are
firing at a greater rate to 'catch up' with the center zone. After
10 minutes, the temps are approaching stability.

tylan5 is up

problem: Center zone misfiring- temperature displayed on tycom
          is not correct.

cause: Bad DTC card. Original card failed on power-up following
power failure yesterday. Spare unit in tylan17(untested)
was substituted for the bad card- it also failed.

solution: DTC card from tube4 was installed for tube5.

Loader does not extend out all the way when unloading. I had to
manually trip the limit switch in order to load wafers into furnace.
This happened twice, at the beginning of the run and at the end.

Tom will reset the boat loader on tylan5 and show Debra the technique
for doing this. tylan5 is up.
