Tylan 13 was at room temperature when I came in - I tried to run
SINT400 - no change in temperature and the front zone control
lights are not "flickering" it looks dead, Jim.

problem: tube dead
cause: scr board breaker tripped
soln: reset breaker and heaters started firing. now running sint400

N2/H2 MFC not calibrated and limited to 5.0 SLP.

>>> 'tylan13' problem from evan -- Thu Aug 10 16:28:38 1989 <<<

problem:N2/H2 MFC
solution: The MFC had been adjusted in the past to supply 5 SLPM.
It was readjusted to full 10 SLPM.
The N2/H2 now reaches full flow by the time the boat loader has
come out as far as the end of the heat plug (about 10 sec.) using
SINT400.
tylan13 is back online

Tube wouldn't come out or go in under program control.
Not a big problem, just a nuisance.

>>> 'tylan13' problem from evan -- Wed Nov 22 09:47:43 1989 <<<

problem: no program boat loader movement
solution: reset boat loader module...ran boat all the way out and back in.
this is standard 'fix' for this problem.
tylan13 is loading automatically again

>>> 'tylan13' problem from tom -- Mon Apr 30 15:39:39 1990 <<<

The TEMPC input reads 350.0 while the CALIBC input reads 400.0.
I checked the real temp and it is indeed 400 C so there must
be an offset or a short somewhere.

>>> 'tylan13' fix from evan -- Tue May  1 09:18:14 1990 <<<

problem: TEMPC reads 350.0
solution: reset DTC board and reloaded program.
          temps now read corectly

tylan13 is up
