       USAGE

       rrrrpppprrrroooopppp [----ffff] pppprrrroooopppp [rrrrsssshhhhiiiifffftttt]

       DESCRIPTION

RRRRpppprrrroooopppp adjusts all radial dimensions by an integer percentage
factor lying between 1 and 200 while holding all axial
dimensions and angular spacing at their original values.

----ffff Force the current value of rprop to _p_r_o_p.

_p_r_o_p Uniformly proportion all radii by integral _p_r_o_p
                   percentage (1 to 200).

_r_s_h_i_f_t Set value of rshift to _r_s_h_i_f_t during
proportioning. Use 3 for highest precision.

       Example: rrrrpppprrrroooopppp 111133333333

RRRRpppprrrroooopppp must have an argument and that argument must be an
integer in the range 1 to 200.

The optional _r_s_h_i_f_t argument is useful in instances where
you would like to maximize the precision of the
proportioning calculations. This is usually a concern when
dealing with images which will be severely reduced in scale
as in the case of coins, medallions and the like.

       Example:

       rrrrpppprrrroooopppp 11110000 3333

In this example, the _r_s_h_i_f_t value of 3 would ensure maximum
precision and tend to preserve the radial resolution of the
       severely scaled image features.

       CAVEATS

Call the factory if you are having problems related to
_r_s_h_i_f_t. There are some bugs and inconsistancies in this
       area.
