Because the untolerable load on the trans-atlantic link between
USA and Finland, we are forced to restrict access to our picture-
archive in a few next weeks. 

The purpose of the picture archive that we have here is to 
decrease the load on our trans-atlantic link, not to generate 
it.

This means that people mainly from the other side of the Atlantic 
(ie. USA, Canada, Australia, etc.) are going to be the ones, 
whose access to main-part of our GIF- and JPEG-archive is going 
to be restricted.

To make everybody happy, there might be quite easy way to to
handle this case: we do need site(s) on the other side of the 
Atlantic, such sites that would be willing to mirror our 
archive...if there is no such site(s), sorry.
