For Calendar of kite events New York State September
September 21st and 22nd 1996
New York, Adirondack Balloon Festival, Waren County Airport, 24th year
with over 100 balloons form all over the world. A internationaly respected
event, now hosting the second year of Kite Flying. Mass assentions,
Fights, Performance Demos,  Music and Vendor. At least four kiting clubs
