Hi All, I have seen many pictures of stunters flying their kites over the water ( lakes, rivers, etc... ) and I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice about how to launch and land and fly over water. My guess is that you launch and land on the far side of the wind-window and just take it easy so as not to crash in the water. Am I right or wrong? I ask because Duluth has such a wonderful body of water ( namely Lake Superior ) and I would hate to waste the shoreline flying area if I could help it. Thanks much! -dan #include P.S.
