I live in Houston Clear Lake area and would like to try to get a group of us devoted kite fliers together. I think the more the merrier. I am still new to this sport and need alot of pointers. I think that a park in Gavleston would probably be the best time for all of us to meet, wouldn't you say? Then we can go unwind at the Strand. -- Richard J Gonzales RichJ@Phoneix.Net = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = Date: Thu, 7 Mar 1996 16:04:00 -1000 From: larry.peters@compudata.com (LARRY PETERS) Message-Id: <8BC452C.1484000890.uuout@compudata.com> Organization: Compu-Data BBS -=- Turnersville, NJ -=- 609-232-1245 Subject: Re: Flying Lonely... Subject: Re: Flying Lonely... If you don't share the hobby with others, especially the younger generation, then where will kite flying be in the future. I think everyone must agree that it is extremely important to share fun, flying and even ideas with others, after all isn't that why you read these messages? So that you can share the hobby? If you are flying alone you are doing more to kill the hobby than anything I can think of. Get the picture and share one of the greatest hobbies with someone around you, they might get hooked, and you might get a friend.
