(1-800-827-6364) Subject: Flight School Classes I have received so much mail about my Flight School videos and classes >From every one that I felt compelled to post an announcement. Becuase this is about training, but I am also a retailer and a wholesaler of kites I hope that none of you will be offended and take this as a blatent advertisment. Yes Flight School II is now available and can be obtained from your local kite shop or mail order catalog across the US. They will be available soon in Japan and in PAL format in Europe. Plans for a c-cam french version are in the works. Yes it shows in detail how to do an Axel, but that is not all. Although it could be subtitiled "5 steps to an axle". It is a six step learning /practice system designed to increase your existing skill level at an accelerated rate and some say it will standardize sport kite teaching and learning. (I swear, a few "Big Guys" told me that at the KTA show)(you just can't make up good stuff like this!) Because my "European Flight School 94 Classes" went over so well (thank God) Plans for two sepreate trips back over there this year are now in the works. Plans for a "US Flight School class" is now in the works as well. Just contact your local kite shop if any one is interested. This invitation also goes out to kite stores and kite clubs all over the world!(I do like to travel!) A disclaimer: Ok so I do benifit from this, but so do the flyers on and off this net that want to be informed. That sounds like the French, Lovely people, but Eccentric, at least to those of Anglo-Saxon origin... :-) The same broadcasters also claim that the American NTSC system means "Never Twice the Same Colour", and the other common format is PAL, or "Pure And Living" The only one that I know what the initials actually do stand for is PAL, which really means "Phase Alternation Line". Having attended a 1994 Flight School, I can vouch for Dodd's energetic yet laid back and totally appropriate style of coaching. He has great ability to pass on tips to every level of flyer. I wish though I could say the same about video #1. It takes 20 minutes to go from this is a kite to this is a coin toss, and looks as if it was done in Dodd's kitchen by a friend with a home video. Don't be fooled by the latter though, it is a bad ad for a great flyer.
