Not a chance. A ten pulls like four sixes, easily, and then some. Sounds like your spars are too soft. Why not try the Flexi combo..2 FG and one mama of a graphite? -- Bruce Forest... bforest@bliss.demon.co.uk bforest@bliss.co.uk bliss@ibm.net 100135.173@compuserve.com PGP key on any keyserver or http://www-swiss.ai.mit.edu/ "Throw back the little ones, and pan fry the big ones.. I think your problem lies in the spar.. Among the characteristics that creates the power in the Flexifoil design is the amount of relatively _straight_ section at the center of the leading edge.. The foils longer than 6' have more straight section (as well as more sail area and a higher aspect ratio) and will generate greater pull.. The standard 10' Flexi spar has a 100 cm center section of solid carbon-fibre rod that's 8mm in diameter to create the needed stiffness through the center section. You might want to get a stock 10' Flexi spar from your local kite shop or >From one of the mail-order dealers on-line.. Ob.
