"Do you have to be an AKA member?" The tape was produced by High Sierra Productions, 7720 40st NW, Gig Harbor WA 98335 (phone 206-265-6800). High Sierra has tapes from AKA and Long Beach Washington in 1993-94. I BELIEVE the price is $25 plus $4/$5/$12 for USA/Canada/Overseas postage. The 1994 AKA tape is still in production but should be : ready soon. I'm not certain, but I believe High Sierra charges $30 for the "current" Long Beach or AKA videos, and $25 for "previous" years.
