Subject: Ferrule for ProSpar Comp

What do people use as an internal ferrule for ProSpar Comp CP-15 rods?  
Looks like AFC .2300 will work, any other recommendations?  

How about ferrule length?  I've been making 3.5" internal ferrules for 
other rods, does this seem like the right length?  Too short?  Too long?  
Just right? :-)
