Yes I found out that he does have an alter ego. And let me tell you it is so big... Anyway yes, there is a wonderfully delightful kite festival in Eureka Springs Arkansas. It is usually hosted by Steve Rodgers who owns a kite store there, (but then again most kite guru's don't know that). So what's the date? March 23&24, 1996 Just had to put the year in there in case some of you were wondering. Oh and just a btw, that is the same date as the Waco Wind Festival.
