Just for grins-and-giggles, if you happen to find a toy store that sells
products by Educational Insights/The Geo Safari Company, look to see if
the store carries any of their 'Adventures In Science' series of stuff.
One they make called "Backyard Science" includes <partial> materials for
making a small tetrahedron kite.  If you look at the picture on the box
(which shows among other things a tetra in flight), the tetra is shown
being flown upside-down.  At least that is the way it *looks* to me.
