For those who do not know, Jon has been the disorganized event
organizer of the Edmond Liberty Fest for the past several years. Jon's
heart is as big as Texas but hence, he lives in Oklahoma. Edmond, OK is
a just north of Oklahoma City, therefore many of the residence work in
the city. This is very close to home for people in the South West as
the media uses this unfortunate incident to profit.

Jon and his family are fortunate, and probably still shaken by this
tragity. My heart felt condolences go out to everyone involved. I also
work for the government, the apparent target, and fought to hold back
tears as I heard children were involved. I too have children.

The Edmond Liberty Fest celebrates during the 4th of July and
symbolizes independence and freedom in the U.S. Jon is part of this
celebration which donates it's revenues to charities throughout
Oklahoma and Oklahoma City.

I know as people across the country sat and could do nothing but watch
as the news showed rescue workers carry out injured children, you
wished there was something you could do. We, as kiters, can all help by
supporting this event this year.
