Yes, my husband and I did. We came from Vienna, Austria, Fritz was judge and I enjoyed watching the festival (this time no competition for me!). It was a wonderful weekend for us. Good kite flying, sun, wind (a little gusty and shifting), a flying field we only can dream of in Vienna - I wish we had only a quater of the field at Hackney Marshes here in Vienna!!! On Saturday there were the competitions, UK team and pair. In the evening there was pyro- kiting, fireworks, kites, glowsticks and music... a very good show! On Sunday were demos and kite fun competitions: quadline football, pilon race, quadline painting, single line altitude competition, rokkaku fights ... All was arranged by Airkraft and friends. It was amazing how good they all worked together, the speakers were very informative and amusing. The competition results: 1. Airkraft 2. Sky Dance (won ballett with a wonderful choreography to a very good music) 3. XS 4. Air de rien (the french flyers were the only team from the continent) 5. Information 6. Infinity Team experienced: 1. Cross line 2. Air heads Sorry, we do not know the exact pair results. It was a very nice weekend with a lot of fun: good competitions, very good organisation, nice people, amusing kite plays, a lot of space for free flying many sectators and enough chairs to sit down for a while. Thank you to Jeremy and all his helping friends! Well be there next year!
