I also posses a 35 year old booklett on kitemaking with an original windmill plan. Both designs feature rotating 'wieken' as its wings are called in Dutch. Let me know if you need a copy of these plans. By the way a years subscribtion on 'VLIEGER' only costs Hfl 25,- (approx US $ 15,-) Send an international postal money order to 'VLIEGER', POSTBUS 53505, 2505 AM THE HAGUE, THE NETHERLANDS. You will receive 6 issues a year with lots of kiteplans in each. As a bonus the WINDMILL happens to be featured for the next issue.
