If you glue the fly at the right angle and the plane is balanced under the fly, you can rotate the 'lift' generated by the wings of the fly into forward propultion and the fly becomes a micro motor. It still isn't a kite, but then maybe it would be subject to AAA is it flew too close to a kite field. I doubt that a radio jammer would affect it much either.. Hints: Remove the flys legs to save weight.
