Subject: Do you have a Stratospool????

Hi All,

I'm building a line reel for a larger kite and have seen pictures of 
stratospools.  I was wondering how that brake works?????   Is the bar just 
attached to the nut--so when you pivot the bar the nut tightens?  If so, why
 are there essentially TWO arms on each side of the nut?


Is there leather or something between the spool and the main bar for friction.
