I was just going over a past issue of "NetGuide", April 1995, which just happened to have an article on copyrights. The article is entitled "To Have and To Hold, Can copyrights extend to cyberspace without increased costs and threats to privacy?" by Jeff Rothfeder. It's a rather long article so I'll spare you (as Marty puts it) "uneducated" bunch the verbage. But it did offer a few places where you could go to download information on copyrights. From the Internet: Using FTP: rtfm.mit.edu/pub/usenet/news.answers/law/Copyright-FAQ Using WWW: http://www.law.cornell.edu//usc/17/ovrview.html From America Online: (Keyword loc) Select the icon marked Tour the Library in the left corner of the Library of Congress Online screen. Next select the Copyright Office icon on the right above the men list. From CompuServe: (go legal) (go confor) Just thougt this might help with the issue being debated. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
