Once you have looked at the educational videos and read Ron Reich's book (I would also add Dave Gomberg's book to the reading list) try to attend a competition or view a video tape of a competition. The books and instructional video provide you with the tools to build on to create a routine. I also find myself watching ice skating to see how skaters space out their jumps and such, how they try to work with the music. |> Sole flyer. Does this you fly by the bottom of your shoes?
