Two sources that I can recommend. The first is _Kite Flight_ by Botermans & Weve. It has a good historical sectionand nice details illustrated. However, no plans that you can scale up. For that, try _The Penguin Book of Kites_ by Pelham. Not much on details or assemby, but it does have drawings that you can derive a set of plans from. >Is it O.K. for aerial >photography? Can't say. But they did lift people with them. I haven't used the plans in earnest yet (I'm thinking about building the smaller one) but they seem fairly complete after a couple of readings. > -- +===========================================================================+ | Richard Bettis | "My lines and life are free; free as the | | | road, loose as the winde. | |Kite Fliers Quotes (maybe): | George Herbert (1593 - 1633) | +===========================================================================+ = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
