Rick makes Codys and organizes Cody flys, mostly in Oregon and Washington -- I think the Cody fly at the Washington State (USA) International Kite Festival this year set a record for most Codys in the air at one time, 80 or so. I found it to be the best part of the book. You may want to look there. Also, as I recall, good ole WF did stage wild west shows in England and people assumed he either was Buffalo Bill or realted. He didn't make any attempt to correct this public notion. Dittos on posthumous membership.
