Date: Wed, 15 Dec 1993 07:50:42 -1000 From: andrew@tug.com (Andrew Beattie) Message-Id: Organization: /usr/lib/news/organisation Subject: Cody book I'm just about to order 2 copies of the Cody Book direct from Hugh Andrew. (It can be difficult to get hold of through the usual channels) If anyone else wants a copy, drop me email with your Snail mail address and I'll order more and mail them on. I'm not sure what the postage will be but I'll use the price of US$20 that I've heard is about right. If it costs me a little more, I'll swallow it. If it costs me less, I've probably earned it. Fair enough? I'll accept US$ cash (green notes), if you can get it to me quickly before I leave for Vegas in mid-January. I'll also accept NZ$, Dutch Crowns, (pick a suitable round number) and UK Pounds (less postage for UK - 10 quid will do). My snail-mail address: Andrew Beattie, PO Box 109, Basingstoke, RG24 7YB, UK Please note - I'm not in this for the money - I'm just trying to help people out. Like yourself, I had called them to inquire about the book. The response I got was.."I have a personal copy and don't have any for sale and won't be having them in the store". It's good to see that the Bookstore will investigate the availability and possibly carry it.
