Subject: coast of Oregon doings

I have a friend who will be on the coast Aug 17 to Aug 28.  In that time
where would be the best place to go to see kites flying?  They will  be
on the coast of Oregon and Southern and Washington.

Absoluteamendo Bob !  
Every thing that flies will be up at Long Beach Washington from the 21st 
through the 27th of Aug.  For the 14th (?) annual Wa. St. Intl. Kite Fest.
The 26th and 27th will have the bestest and the mostest, but IMHO the Buggy 
fun on the 21st and 22nd will be a highlight. Search elsewhere on this group 
for the schedule of WSIKF.

With out a doubt the Washington State International Kite Festival.
Long Beach , WA (can't get much further south and still be in WA)
