Does anyonw know where I can get a copy of Cerf Volant Passion? One
of their first issues had a feature on Rendez-vous Mondial du Cerf
Volant, with a photo of a friend in it.

Cerf-Volant Passion is one one the two French Kiting magazine. It is brand  
new, and the next number will be number 4, one each two monthes.
The issue you are looking for must be number one if you refer to an  
article regarding:
	Verdun, Fano, Schweningen

The issue you are looking for must be number two if you refer to an  
article regarding:
	W. Cup at Le touquet, Europa Cup St Moritz, festival at Dieppe

Anyway, all issues are **wonderful**: kite review, nice colors, nice  
photos, flying tricks, building tricks, oldies review (hargrave ...).  
These is one of the most complete magazine I can buy.
