Subject: Diversions for KIDS

Not to argue the suggestion for baloon sculpting I'd like to toss in
an alternative Kid occupier.

of parachutes into 20mph winds and let the kids go chase them.
Hopefully, many large obstacles down wind.

Large obstacles ? If you tell the kids that you're dropping sweets ( candy )
you'd better make sure there isn't anything more fragile than a small 
mountain in their way, or the screaming horde will flatten it ! I've seen
a kid swim across a river to get at parachuted sweeties...
