This monumental event will set 7 official records and test the limits of all buggy pilots. Along with awards for race winners, pilots will battle for their place in history. Although not everyone will leave with a trophy, everyone who takes this personel challenge will leave the Bonneville Speedway a winner. RACES 1) 10 mile (2 mile) fastest 10 mile record 2) 25 mile (5 lap) fastest 25 mile record 3) 50 mile (10 lap)fastest 50 mile record PREMIUM RACES 1) Fastest Lap (10-25-50 mile racers) fastes 5 mile record 2) Enduro-Challenge (largest number of laps over 10) fastest total distance traveled. 3) Drag Races (2 racer max.) fastest mile record 4) Two wheel record (timed). 5) 1/2 mile group sprint (just for fun). AWARDS *Gold Event Pin- First Place (each race). *Silver Event Pin-Second Place (each race). *Bronze Event Pin-Third Place (each race). *Gold Event Pin-Premium Races (first place only) *Special Award for first to CRAP OUT(give up in a race). Folks this is a serious attempt to establish some records with kite powered craft. All kite powered vehicles are welcome.
