Subject: Buggying on old munich airport?

Hi all,
if my mind doesn't fool me, someone (John Mitchell?) mentioned that he
buggied on the old munich airport. Are there further informations avai-
lable? Is the area unused at the moment? Is it open to everyone? Is there
someone to ask for permission? How does the area look like?
