Subject: Buggy Plans - Stunt Kites II

After reading the book Stunt Kites 2, I am seriously considering trying to 
build the buggy outlined in the plans.  However, I thought I'd ask if anyone
out there has ever tried these plans, or some variation thereof.

Specifically,  I'm thinking of building the rear end of the 4 wheel buggy with
a single front wheel.  The main questions I have are these:
1- How does this design compare with the Peter Lynn buggy?  
2- What problems did you run into when you built it? (If any)
3- Once completed, did you notice and design problems that you would change
   if you had it to do over?

Generally, any advise at all will be greatfully accepted.
