Any interested parties are welcome to join us for a very loosely
organized weekend of kiting and buggying:

Dates  -  May 21-22

Place  -  Reservoir State Park, Niagara Falls, New York

Times  -  Whilst the wind does howl...

This non-event arises from the earlier cancellation of a larger
festival on the same site and dates. It is not known how many
people are planning to attend, but we have the whole park to
ourselves for two days.
