Paul, based on your organization in the message header, you might be from our 
State of Washington.  If so you might be able to join us at the Ocean in a few 
weeks to see/try power kite buggy'ing first hand.  The Northwest Buggy Pilots 
Association will be meeting at Grayland beach Presidents day weekend.  Any and 
all interested people are welcome to show up and learn about the sport.  It 
might make your re-invention of the buggy wheel a little eaisier.
