Subject: Buena Vista Streaker

I am having trouble getting this kite to hover with a wing tip just
touching the ground.  Is it me or the kite?  I just bought it and would
appreciate any comments about it.  Also it makes quite a shrieking sound
in high wind.....Thanks.
