From: Dave Kendall Subject: Budget Buggies? Date: Thu, 16 May 1996 03:43:45 -1000 Organization: Cripps Computing Centre, The University of Nottingham Message-ID: Folks, It's like this, I MUST have a buggy, it is clear. There is no escaping the fact. However, the princely sum of 350 english pounds escapes me at the moment (odd that! ;-) ), so I am looking for 'back door' routes into acquiring a buggy. Anyone got a second hand one? Anyone know of any ways to buy one on Credit/installments? Anyone overcome with a fit of altruism want to give one away? (Ok - so It's getting a bit far fetched here!). I would be interested to hear from anyone in the Nottingham area, who owns a buggy and wouldn't object to allowing me to try one out, or would like to get together to fly a few traction kites/exchange ideas +/- Beers. Try Wayne and Jennie Bickerton on 0116 236 5149 They fly regularly at Bradgate Park, and on Sunday 2nd June MKF will be at Braunstone Park, flying all sorts of kites, and piloting buggies. >Beers Yep, at Braunstone, too! Made such a difference from my old Sidewinder buggy which is in the process of being bastardised into a tandem.
