Mr Blobby, and his sidekick Noel Edmonds, of BBC TV will be in attendance causing their usual mayhem and catastrophe throughout the weekend, This could be a degrading situation for kiteing, as it's obvously a stunt frought with hazzards and could but back the safety aspects we hold so dear; Me, I'll be the one tying a large parafoil to his foot!!!
