Subject: Bridle lengths - help!!

I recently had the misfortune of breaking the bridles of my Competition
Edge.  Yes, somehow both got broken, and please don't ask me how.  Can
anyone tell me the correct bridle length so that I can make it new again? 
I tried the technique in Richard Synergy's book, but the Edge wouldn't fly
the same.  Some help please??

To my dismay, the same thing happened to my Synasaur Tracer.  I LOVE this
kite, and it breaks my heart that I can't make it fly the same.  Does
anyone have the bridle lengths fo either of these two kites?
