Why should you give in to an unreasonable person? In a world becoming more and more selfish, it's disappointing to have to give way to an aggressive, thoughtless type. It just perpetuates the syndrome. "When once you pay the Dane-geld, you never get rid of the Dane" (Rudyard Kipling) 2. You can't reason with somebody incapable of reasoning, so why let them drag you down to their level? Ultimately, you can only do what *you* believe is right at the time.
