Check this : carefully and rework as necessary. It appears that some : are not inserted half way , i.e. the ferrel slipped and one : piece is not retained properly. This would let the LE : wiggle/judder and cause undue stress on the partially inserted : spar. Check recent posts for more info. A quick tip for those who might want to take the leading edge spars out of the BoT; the spar connectors are bonded pretty solid to the spars, but there's no need to force them off because they part real easy if you apply steam to them (from a kettle say). You can remove them without any damage at all to the connector, and can reglue them later. Only thing to watch for - don't burn the sail on the kettle spout!!! tom. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
