The Fifth Annual Sorghum Fly

at 10:00 in Blairairwille, GA, on U.S. Hwy. 76 behind the
Union County Bank after the Sorghum Festival Parade.

If you arrive early we'll begin flying when the wind rises,
or maybe watch the parade that start's at 11:00. There'll be
plenty of crafts, food, mountain music, greased pole
climbing, biscuit eating contests, greased pig catchin', and clogging.
If you're coming from the south on U.S. 19/129, get through town
before the parade starts, or you could be stuck in traffic.
This event is great fun for the entire family, and a club favorite!

Gainesville College Festive Fly

at 11:OO in Oakwood,GA. Take I-985 to Exit 4,then
Georgia 53 north toward Oakwood. Go 1/4 mile to the College
entrance on the right. This site is equally inconvenient to almost everyone,
but it's a wonderful place to fly with lots of fast food across the street.

Just a note from the poster. This last event conflicts with GISKC which
takes place the weekend of Nov. 11 & 12.
