The law in the parks in the middle of London is a little odd. It is phrased in such a way that kite flying is permitted by default, but that if you are requested not to fly by an official, then suddenly it becomes illegal to fly a kite. They kicked me off because they thought my Peel was a parachute and that therefore, I was a BASE jumper :-) Andrew -- 6) Thou shalt always ask permission before copying a kite. And when asked, thou shalt always grant freely. In this way, thou shalt live long and happy in the land. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
