    Have been flying dual line stunt kites for over 5 years now and I now considering
    going to a quad line kite.   What I would like to know are there any low wnd quad 
     line kites?  Living in Western Idaho often the only wind we get is quite light.   Can
     someone suggest a good light wind quad lined kite that is not too expensive. (less 
     than  $200 with line and handles???   What is the usual line length?   What are the
     wind ranges where it would fly?  We do get some heavier winds at time .
