Subject: Bell's Hexagonal Kite

Has anyone built a Bell's Hexagonal BoxKite?

I have the plan in David Pelham's book but there is not enough detail/discription
for me to build one.

I am looking for a more detailed plan, or information on construction from someone who has built
one.

I am trying to build one high high wind flyer, something that will fly in almost any
very high wind condition.

Most of the kites I have built lately have been Indian Fighters.
