The Bay Area Sport Kite League's first event will be held this
Saturday, March 18, 1995 at Baylands Park in Sunnyvale, CA, USA.

	- $10 entry fee
	- no preregistration - signup when you get there
	- no pressure(tm?) competition
	- traditional competition events
	- kite games
	- kite flying lessions

Registration starts at 8:30.  

Directions to Baylands Park:
[General] 
	Baylands Park is at the North East corner of Hwy 237 and 
	Lawrence Expressway in Sunnyvale.  Lawrence Expressway 
	changes to Carribean Drive north of 237.  So, technically,
	the park is on Carribean Drive but most people still think
	of it as Lawrence :-) .
[From West Bay and San Francisco]
	Take 101 south (past 92, 84, and 85) to
	237 east (sign says "To Alviso") to
	Lawrence/Carribean north.  
	Go over the freeway and turn right at the light... your there.
	NOTE: 237 is easy to miss.  If you miss it, just take the Lawrence
	      exit off of 101 and go north for 4 miles, over 237, turn right.
[From East Bay]
	Take 880 south to
	237 west to 
	Lawrence/Carribean north.  
	DO NOT cross the freeway, just turn right and right again at the light.
[San Jose, Monterey and other parts south of Sunnyvale]
	Take 101 north to
	Lawrence Expressway north (go north for 4 miles and)
	turn right at the light just past Hwy 237
[From Santa Cruz]
	Take 17 north to 
	880 north (changes name, but same freeway) to
	to 101 north to
	Lawrence Expressway north (go north for 4 miles and)
	turn right at the light just past Hwy 237
[From Sacramento, Stocton, Central Valley]
	Either take 80 west to 680 south, 
	*or* 5 south to 580 west to 680 south...
	follow 680 south to freemont/milpitas area to
	Mission Blvd west (the second Mission, there are two of them!!!) to
	880 south to
	237 west to 
	Lawrence/Carribean north.  
	DO NOT cross the freeway, just turn right and right again at the light.
