After my comparison posting (BT vs X4i) a few people suggested a cheat line for the Baby Tana. Steve fitted one to his and we flew it this weeekend on the beach in Scotland. It makes a hell of a difference, not to the flight but to the tangle potential. I coldnt tell any diferences in handling (better people maybe able to) but you dont have to walk the walk very often. Steve used 20lb spectre, small amount of small sleeveing at each end, little hole in the dacron wing tips and joined them up. Anyone tried redoing the bridle so there is less of it, ie shorten each of the lines proportionaly to prevent tangles ? Not needed as much since the cheat line but I wonder what difference it'd make ? Rob. ................................................................ It will be heavier and create more drag than the 20lb spectra though. -- Buck Childers |>play: childers@tyrell.net P E A C E = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
