Subject: AMATEUR ALERT: Is there a problem with the server?

I noticed Jeff Burka's comment that he had trouble posting an article last
night.  Last night, although I thought I had correctly posted an article,
it didn't seem to stick.  After other attempts this morning - having done a
"p <filename>" from my VMS system - I notice that a second iteration *still*
hasn't made it into this conference.

Is there a problem with the server?  Or am I doing something wrong?
