Subject: AKA Wildwood Convention recommended for Governor's Award - Need Help

The AKA needs your immediate help.  Deborah Bass, Director of Public
Relations for the Wildwoods, has nominated the AKA 17th Annual National
Convention for the 1995 Governor's Conference on Tourism Awards.  We will
enter under the "New Event Award Categories".  It will be presented to an
organization for the successful development of an event held in 1994 that
promoted and advanced the New Jersey tourism industry.  The event will be
judged on its planning, implementation, promotion, active participation
and successful completion.

What we need is any Press mentions from your local area about the past
convention.  Please list radio, TV, newspaper and magazines.  If possible,
copies of printed articles (fax or original) would be greatly appreciated.
 The deadline for submission to the state is January 4, 1995. They haven't
given us much time.

This could be a great boost for our sport, especially in selling our
convention and events to other cities nationwide.  Please contact Tim
