Subject: AKA Sanctioning

Greetings -

In response to Frank Kenisky's concerns about events claiming to be
sanctioned when they are not.  

If anyone finds that they have been misled about an event, thinking it to be
sanctioned when it wasn't, please let AKA know as soon as possible.   The AKA
has always been concerned with people using its name without permission to
give implied endorsement of a product or event.

Until we get the AKA Web page working, you can check to see if a specific
event is sanctioned by calling me at 503-717-0627 or emailing me at
lomond@aol.com.
