Subject: AKA Convention Registration Snag

I just ran into a problem with registration.  Mine was fine.  My non kite 
flying wife wanted to come and I sent in a form for her.  Hers was rejected as 
being a non member.  The form that came back gave me an 800 number to call but 
that only got me an answering machine.  I don't mind the $4.00 to add her to my 
membership but am concerned that her registration will now cost an additional 
$20.  

Is there a number where I can work this out without playing telephone tag.  If 
anyone can help, I sure would appreciate it.

She is a member of KAK with me and I guess I should have gotten a family 
membership here as well.  Thanks.
