I'm looking for a source for an old plastic airplane kite. I remember it as a kid in the mid fifties. I believe it had a wing span of about two feet. The wing were yellow plastic, shaped in the form of an "s", when viewed from the end, and rotated, giving it the lift. I am looking to get it for a birthday present for my Dad to bring back memories (plus what else are you going to get someone who has 'everything and needs nothing'! Thanks for your help. Pete There is a comparable kite available in Germany. It's called 'Turboplan' made by 'Guenter Flugspiele'. The only difference is that the colour of the aircrafts body is yellow and the wings are red. The kite is available in different sizes. All led me to "Into The Wind" in Boulder who says that the kid should arrive here in PA on or about the 12th. Since Dad's bithday is the 28th, that's great timing. Again, thanks to all.
