Sending a personal reply to him would not have worked, since he vowed to delete anything I sent to him. I suppose I do want to expose the person who is running events in the southwest. Some of his postings are very good. His judging software sounds good. (Though I believe our judging seminars on the East Coast have solved that problem) His reports on events are good. His concept of corporate sponsorship of events is good, though Chemical Bank stopped sponsoring the New York Stunt Kite Championships and another corporate sponsor was never found. What are bad are Frank's tactics. I didn't realize how bad, until I heard from him personally. If Frank ever got elected to the AKA board they would never be able to accomplish anything, because he would either spend the whole meeting filibustering or personally attacking the other members of the board. I'm not saying he doesn't do a good job running events...I don't know...haven't been to any. But when it comes to Board of Directors elections...wake up or the AKA could become more useless than Frank says it is. Anyway, I'm tired of politics. I don't even like politics. It would take something of great magnitude to get me this involved. I like flying kites. I can do this whether there is an organization or not. I just hate to see everything we have now go down the tubes.
